This humorous memoir reflects some of the alibis and little white lies of my youth. As an old man, I sometimes forget things, however, the little boy that lives within me remembers everything. He remembers the joy of growing up in the fifties and sixties, and he warmly remembers his family and friends. He also remembers his enemies without ever having felt an obligation to forgive them. I have forgiven the injustices of my youth, but the little boy has not. He is a bit more complicated than I. Every day, this little boy taps me on the shoulder and asks me if I remember when? With a smile, I shake my head yes, and he takes me back in time. As you read this book, I am sure your inner child will be tapping you on the shoulder.
