Aimed for an audience of thirteen and up, Black Eagle is a fictional story of how stealth technology entered the military. William Lambert Shantol III, kidnapped at the age of two by the Dekolt Crime Ring, was taught blueprinting and engineering. When he wasn't being a maid to his kidnappers, he was blueprinting his ideas and sending them to the Department of Defense when one day he saw a phone number on a video tape at school. Calling the number to warn the former president's family how he got their number, he reaches his father son of the former president William Lanis. William goes to see his son, Lambert, hoping that it was safe to bring him home, only to make it out with one of Lambert's blueprints and best designs. William spends the next years of his life fighting the Dekolt Crime Ring and trying to get his son back while investing in his son's idea of an advanced stealth helicopter, and using it to fight the Dekolt Crime Ring as a member of a Black Ops team, specially put together to fight them.
