At the end of August 2015, the European Union declared that the refugee crisis had reached "immeasurable proportions". This crisis puts Europe at a crossroads. It either turns into a refuge for everyone - irrespective of the consequences - or it starts making hard but necessary decisions to create order and stability.
The author of this book argues that a continuation of today's politics will inexorably send Sweden and Europe deeper and deeper into a crisis from which there will be no salvation. If Europe wants to preserve itself, it will require new politics and politicians who are prepared to make the necessary changes.
