From the heart advice without complicated jargon, this is a book for anyone who wants to improve their relationships, especially their sexual ones.
Filled with good tips about nutrition and exercise, without the expensive paraphinalia required by some gyms and trainers, Patricia gives ideas for exercising in the home with minimum fuss.
The book is very frank and open, but not offensive and good value for money.
