This is a politically incorrect retelling of World War Two. What if Adolf Hitler's erratic behaviour throughout the war could have been caused by his infatuation for the pert Elsa Wittmann, who had the habit of appearing half-naked before her Fuhrer? Our Elsa was to have a very tough war: branded by Hitler personally in a strange ceremony, cut by the fabled Lance of Longinus to protect her from harm, and sold off to a Sudanese Warlord as the German Afrikacorps was at the gates of Cairo, Eventually commanding the first all-female combat unit in the German Army to fight on the Eastern Front, Elsa's star rose then spectacularly fell before finally consummating her relationship with the Fuhrer. This is 150,000 words. My attitude is that who ever got into trouble depicting the Nazis as evil? It's history, but not as we know it. Recommended for adult readers.
