JacqueD began showing both writing and artistic abilities as early on as her childhood, although it would not be until later in life that she would become a published writer. Some of her poetic works were published through the International Society of Poets where she was presented with awards and an honorary membership for her works including her contribution to the World's Poem For Peace. While she prefers the edge of your seat horror/thriller, her imagination goes beyond those boundaries. Though she lived most of her life around the Washington Metropolitan area, she now resides in the quaint town of Tappahannock in Virginia.
