Some of the states of India had embraced it, while others are yet to take a decision. The Book looks into the way ahead and the path that is necessary in India to create an ideal environment for infrastructure projects in all sectors including Ports, Special Economic Zones, Electricity Sector, Telecom Sector, etc. The law and policy has to be modern and the regulator require autonomy.
