"Blunt" John Snyder breaks "Good Lookin'" Gary Cleese's neck in the middle of the ring. The circumstances surrounding the injury lead Gary to accuse Snyder of foul play. Gary sues John Snyder and the Power Slam Wrestling Federation in civil court, where closets are emptied and honored traditions are broken. The courtroom drama becomes intertwined with the PSWF wrestling shows, and the lines between fact and fiction become more than blurred; they are erased. In the end, it's a courtroom jury that decides what are the laws of the ring. Laws of the Ring examines the corrupt world of pro wrestling, which is full of backstabbing and politicking, and where secrets usually don't stay secret for long.
