Marcel H. Van Herpen
Marcel H. Van Herpen is director of the Cicero Foundation, a pro-EU think tank, based in Maastricht (The Netherlands) and Paris (France). He is a well-known security expert with a special interest for Russia and the countries of the former Soviet Union. In 2013 he published Putinism: The Slow Rise of a Radical Right Regime in Russia, according to The Ukrainian Week, "A book which made quite a stir in academic circles."
