Obtained via FOIA releases in order to investigate her own experiences with Ted Bundy, Sara read through over 1000 pages of case documents, many never previously released, and transcribed herself, edited herself, and compiled a collection of Bundy's writings and conversations behind the scenes while in prison in Florida with authorities during the years 1984 to 1989 shortly before his death. What is provided in this volume is a more complete offering of his conversations and letters related to the Green River killings. Taken together, this volume and her other books, "Reconstructing Sara: The Lost Victim of Ted Bundy" and "In Defense of Denial" Bundy's final interview with Washington State, provide insights into that time period and raise questions about the investigation back then and all that happened after Bundy was executed.
