Richard E. Toney is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas who has worked with a variety of individuals and groups. He has worked with people ranging in the ages of 6 years old to 105 years old. His expertise includes: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia and the related disorders, Anxiety, Trauma (PTSD), Geriatric Counseling, Major Depressive Disorder, Competency Evaluations for the elderly, Impulse control, Anger Control and Individual and Executive Coaching. Mr. Toney also has a clientele of individuals who have developmental disabilities as well. Mr. Toney has also spoken at different venues as well as colleges and universities. He enjoys speaking to all individuals, assisting them in making the best of themselves through a myriad of techniques and communications skills. He chose to write this book in order to help others get away from their thoughts and beliefs about themselves that cause issues with procrastination. Through his work with others and his own struggles with procrastination, Mr. Toney has found tools that has assisted him in making better choices as well as making his life and himself a priority.
