Meet Allan Caldwell, comic artist, blacklisted since the 1950s for his testimony to the U.S. Congressional Inquiry. Tour the greatest city in America during a period of social disintegration. THIS ISSUE: "Don't Freak Out When My Name Comes Up". At the convention, June's parents pressure her to promote products in which she is featured as a cosplay model. Despondent, she exits the convention centre. Harold finds her and they enjoy a meal together. Returning, T-Bone tries to convince Harold to pick him as a winner in the Wonder Comics art contest. Allan Caldwell treats Harold like a flunky but Caldwell's girlfriend is attracted to Harold. Harold is torn between becoming mentored by Caldwell and retaining his self-respect.
