Will Kalinke
Born July 28, 1928 on a Wisconsin farm. Will lived through the Great Depression and became a teacher in 1947 in a one-room rural school at the age of nineteen. He remained in formal education as teacher, principal, administrator, professor, advisor, and professional leader, until 1991 when he bought a motel, which provided an initial base for his writing. Ideas generated there, along with a lifetime interest in real-life mysteries pursued on streets and alleys coast to coast walking with homeless, outcast, and runaways, provided a different mystery series evoking many emotions, especially that of suspense, cruelty, fear, respect, and love - a respectful sharing and caring type of love.
