This is a very flexible pseudo memorized deck routine resulting from the combination of "Memoria" and "Snapshot".

• Memoria: This is what it looks like to the audience: Someone shuffles the pack; you let them peek at one card and shuffle it again. The deck is then spread face up on the table. You engage in the memorization process, and after a few moments you claim that you've memorized the whole deck. You gather up the cards and turn them face up, and then you ask them to name their card. You straightaway say that's twenty-three cards down. They count down to twenty-three and deal that card...

A deck is borrowed from a spectator. The deck is shuffled by the spectator. They select a card and commit it to memory. Nothing is forced, no card is mentioned out loud.

A second spectator is thinking of any number between 1 and 52, the card is replaced and the deck is further mixed. Nothing is forced, no number is mentioned out loud.

Only after both spectators are satisfied with the random state of the deck are the freely chosen card and number named out loud (only if they want! This information can stay unknown to the performer the whole time.)

This effect is a variant of the Card at Any Number plot, but with a full routine and a very commercial and entertaining presentation, with gags, a prediction, or divination, with a puzzling final surprise revelation, and more potential. Sum It Up

A packet of playing cards is mixed and a spectator freely names any card from within. Next, a small whiteboard or notepad is introduced and the performer writes down sixteen consecutive numbers, inviting the spectator to select four. The four chosen numbers are added together, creating a final total. This generated total is counted to in the packet, locating the one card that occupies that position. The card arrived at proves to be the very one named by the spectator at the beginning...

Two semi-automatic ACAANs.

In the main effect, the spectator mentally moves an imagined card into the deck in an imagined position only. All this happens without the mentalist touching the cards and without knowing which card and what number the spectator has thought of.

In the second ACAAN, the spectator generates a random card and number then counts to the generated position and will find the card. All this happens without the mentalist ever touching the cards.

The two effects are very easy to perform and do not require any sleight-of-hand.

This is an ACAAN effect using two decks.

The performer shows two decks closed within their boxes. A spectator selects one of them and puts it aside (This deck will be used later). The perfomer asks the spectator to remove the second deck from his box and to check if the deck is a regular deck. At this point the performer instructs the spectator to select a number and a playing card using a very clean procedure with this deck. The spectator for example chooses 31 and Ace of Spades. Now, without the performer touching the decks, the second spector removes the first deck from its box and counts...

Please note that this is deckless. And that does not mean propless. Two double blank business cards are used in this effect, with something written/printed on them of course, as you will get to know in this manuscript. This ACAAN is notoriously unknown as DAD ACAAN. And this is completely different than the earlier Deckless ACAAN.

This is a new Any Card at Any Number effect in which (apparently) the spectator does all of the work, and it happens all in his hands. Not only that, but the performer has predicted the entire outcome; the card and the number, far in advance! This is all true. The performer never touches the deck once the effect begins.

Here is the effect as the audience sees it: The deck is shuffled by a spectator. The performer has any spectator think of any number between one and fifty-two, but not to reveal it to anyone until asked by the performer. Nothing is written down. The number is simply thought...

Give a spectator the deck of cards with the promise that you will not be handling it again. The first spectator is asked to simply name a card and the second one to name a number between 1 and 52. The magician instructs the second spectator to deal to his named number. When the spectator reaches his number, the corresponding card matches the first spectator's named card.
