Grant's Illusion SecretsUlysses Frederick GrantChuck Smith writes: "Twenty-four illusions as mysterious to audiences today as when they were performed years ago. Most are so easy to construct and execute that a teenager could do them. I know because I, as a student in highschool, built and entertained with several of them. A couple of three fold screens and a large sheet gives you the material for several of the illusions. Recently in a magic periodical I saw an ad for an illusion that looked extremely familiar. It was selling for over $5000. It's method, I'm sure, had it's roots in Grant's Super-Fine Suspension on pages 27-28 of this book....I... | ★★★★★ $5 to wish list

SecretsUlysses Frederick GrantThe title "Secrets - Malini, Leipzig, Vernon, Jarrow, ..." suggests a lot, but these are merely the interpretations and versions of U. F. Grant to some of the classics of Malini, Leipzig, Vernon, Jarrow and others. Grant uses only one page to describe each effect and method. This book is therefore to some degree a disappointment. Nevertheless I think it is a cheap way to learn the plots and a method to several of the greatest tricks of all time. Just don't expect very detailed descriptions. Grant displays in this book an arrogant writing style with comments like 'This is good' or "The best method" or "Fools... | ★★★★★ $7 to wish list

Darüber hinaus war er der erste TV-Zauberer, der an die 50 Mal regelmäßig im Fernsehen auftrat. 100% Magic NotesTroy MurphieI attended the Pavel 100% Magic Lecture when he visited Sydney, Australia sometime around 2005. I traveled the 2 hr drive home after the lecture and made sure to jot down notes about the effects that I was impressed with before I retired to bed that night. In hindsight I wish that I had written explanations for all the effects, but it was not to be. So what we have here are 8 items from this lecture explained in my own words. Along with the 100% Magic Lecture 'pictorial memory aid' which contains diagrams of the routines, you should have no trouble following the brilliant thinking behind these eight items.

SqueezeTroels Holm & Tommy WonderSqueeze is a wonderful effect created by Tommy Wonder. A regular deck of cards is 'squeezed' into a miniture case. It is an incredibly visual effect and was published in the first volume of the Books Of Wonder on page 149. The biggest problem with this effect is to prepare and build the props. In order to remove the time consuming design work Troels Holm has created the necessary drawings. These sheets make it easy for you to produce all the special items needed for this trick. However, keep in mind that even with these PDFs there is still a significant amount of work left to build all props and prepare... | $10 to wish list
Fred Kaps' Cups and BallsTrevor Lewis & Fred KapsAs taught by Fred Kaps to Trevor Lewis.
The warm, bright Mediterranean sunshine and Phillipe Fialho's delightful villa looking down on Nice in the French Riviera was the setting for Fred Kaps to teach Trevor Lewis his Cups and Balls routine and generously tell Trevor he could do what he liked with it. Trevor had a video of Fred performing the routine and had written it up in rough notes. Twenty years... | ★★★★★ $15 to wish list

He tells all, tricks to use, business with odds and ends that keep children amused and includes dozens of ideas and routines that you'll be able to use to earn big money yourself. Sid Lorraine summed up: "This tape provides professional advice and information that is the result of a lot of experience. You get it all on one recording from Martin Breese." OrbitalTrevor LewisYou place a prediction in view. A spectator names any number between 1 and 50. You show a deck of cards and (without cutting or any moves) you count to that number. That card matches the prediction! Easy to do. No rough and smooth. [Note: These are merely the instructions that came with the prepared deck. You will not receive any cards. But it is easy to make up your own from a couple of duplicate cards.] 1st edition 1998; PDF 1 page. | $2 to wish list
The Book of Thirty-OneTotoFrom the preface and introduction: This book could be titled "The Game of Thirty-One Revisited" because of the various articles that have made an attempt to describe the game. Why then did I set out to write this? First, because I consider the game of thirty-one such a delightful diversion from the "norm" that I want to bring it to the attention of the magic fraternity, and second, because I have many ideas I would like to add. At the Magic Castle, in Hollywood, the game was first shown to me by Dai Vernon in August of 1980. The "Professor" frequently showed me card puzzles that he had learned over... | ★★★★★ $10 to wish list
| $20 to wish listPDF & EPUB

| $6 to wish listPDF & EPUB
