An interesting evolution of the classic "card to ceiling effect". Two cards are involved.

The first card appears on the ceiling as in the classic card to ceiling effect. A little later, a second card is selected from which a corner is torn off. This card is now suddenly on the ceiling where the first card was before. Alternatively, you could use a wall or a pane of glass.

Borrow a coin from a spectator, have the coin signed, and then have the coin penetrate a filled water bottle. The coin that magically enters the water bottle is truly the borrowed and signed coin. There is no switch of the coin. There is no duplicate coin. The coin that is given to you is the one that ends up inside the water bottle.

A super visual partial vanish of a playing card.

Performer holds an empty card frame in one hand and a playing card in the other. By moving the playing card behind the frame the back of the playing card partially vanishes only leaving its frame visible. This looks incredible since the cards can be moved around and everything looks as it should. One could suspect CGI, but everything is achieved with gaffed cards and sleight of hand.

This requires the usual supplies and arts and crafts for gaffing cards, plus a black background like a black T-shirt.

This is a challenge you can win every time. This is 100% gimmickless magic. A vault is a safe or lockbox. It holds valuables. I can get the valuables out of the vault even if the spectator is guarding the vault with their hands.

You challenge the spectator that you can get anything out of your closed fist, hand or vault even if their hands protect the top and bottom of your closed fist. There is no way in and no way out!

You make your challenge. If I can get the item out, can I have it? The spectator says, "Sure."...

In this video I walk you slowly through the Loaded Salt Shaker Vanish and Reproduction. You can pour an entire shaker of salt in your hand, vanish it, and reproduce it. No TT or tips. This is accomplished with a cheap, easy-to-build homemade gimmick made from objects in almost every home on the planet. The build takes about 5 minutes.

The handling is key in making this work. The salt shaker is real, un-gimmicked and can be inspected. The funnel is real, un-gimmicked and inspectable. The salt cellar is also real and can be inspected. I use a few TT moves to throw off those in the know of...

The DeLorian gimmick allows you to apparently remove a folded card from under the cellophane of the card case in a natural and completely deceptive way....

Being a huge fan of the classic 'rising card' effect, Dave asked himself the following question: "Is it possible to cause a freely selected and signed card to rise from the centre of a regular deck of cards that is locked inside the card case?"

The answer is YES! The answer is AIR!

Any card is freely selected from the deck. The card is signed before being lost back into the pack. The pack is placed into the box and you focus your attention on the top of the cased deck. Slowly and eerily, a card is seen to rise from the center for well over half its length. That card is the signed card....

Please note that this video is in Vietnamese. There are some English subtitles, but for the most part you will get the instructions of how to make the gimmick and how to perform with it from the visual contents of the video.

A strong, original, easy, self-working, playing card method and routine where you introduce fortune teller Lucia and tell the subject she had an interesting and peculiar way of doing fortune telling readings and you'd like to show it to them. The subject will have three important choices to make leading to a baffling and mysterious conclusion.

You can convincingly point out in the presentation that a different choice would've led to a different result. That's clear. Yet the whole thing seems to have been mysteriously ordained, and the subject is blessed with a positive message.

The Card Guillotine is one of the most visual, mysterious and interesting card tricks. Mario Tarasini has brought it back to life.
