Romark

Romark, by real name Robert Markham, flourished during the 1970s as mentalist with various TV appearances and his own TV show on the BBC. He was sometimes compared to Dr. Jaks and Al Koran. He was friends with Tony Corinda (A great story about their backgammon and casino exploits is in Magic Magazine, March 2008) and Bob Dorian.

In 1982 he and his wife Ursula were convicted and imprisoned for stealing from Romark's own mother. He died shortly after.
