Timothy Rose

Tim Rose has been entertaining audiences large and small for almost two decades. After receiving a magic set as a young boy, Tim found that many of the techniques came quite naturally. After a few years of lightly dabbling it wasn't until his middle school years that Tim realized how useful magic was in making friends and meeting new people. As his notoriety as Tim "magic" Rose grew, so did his desire to learn more and more. As the effects came naturally, so did his uncanny ability to be on stage and maintain the attention of his audiences. Tim joined the Tacoma Magic Club at the age of sixteen. It was in those meetings that Tim's thirst for magical knowledge was quenched. Tim continued to perform on into early adulthood seizing every opportunity to display his talents to anyone who would watch. Tim joined the Army at the age of twenty-five. Though his props were home he was never without magic. A deck of cards some shoe laces and a few paper napkins later Tim was performing for his fellow solders. While away, Tim lost everything through a series of uncontrollable circumstances. In udder depression Tim shied away magic and all those who enjoyed his performances. Many years later Tim was bit by the magic bug once again when an old box of kiddy tricks was discovered at his parents house. Examining the simplicity of the props Tim was inspired to take the concept of simplicity and make it portable as well as stage practical. Tim is known for being one of the first inductees into "The Greater Tacoma Youth Wall of Fame" and was featured on KCPQ 13 FOX special "Getting Real About Getting a Job". He is also the creator of the "Pip Table", "Express Backdrop 2.0" and "The Millennium Ropes" and the "Millennium Master Bulb". Though Tim is not performing as much as he would like these days, he is still designing and re-designing effects for being portable and stage practical.
