Cliff Hague
Cliff Hague is a freelance consultant and researcher who works mainly on urban and regional development. He is professor Emeritus at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, and a member of the UK's Academy for the Social Sciences. He is a Past President of the Royal Town Planning Institute and of the Commonwealth Association of Planners. He is Chair of Built Environment Forum Scotland (www.befs.org.uk) and a Patron of Planning Aid for Scotland (www.planningaidscotland.org).
