Dennis Knotts
Dennis Knotts was the kind of kid who never seemed to fit in. When other kids were playing sports or dating, he was found at the public library in a cubicle in the back writing his stories. His love for mythology, science fiction and fantasy created his best friends. Around high school he also got involved in puppets and wrote and performed puppet shows throughout his college career directing a team called “His Kids Puppets.” He married one of his first puppeteers, Bev Tennison on July 4, 1976. Six months later he died in an auto accident, but as he stood on the side of the road watching them work on his body he heard the voice of Jesus behind him saying, “You’re not done, yet.” And so Dennis returned to share his stories.
