Evania
Evania believed she was fully in control of her life and everything in it, until her world went pear-shaped after competing in the Olympic Games in Barcelona in 1992. Seeking answers, she had a life-changing spiritual experience which transformed her view of herself, her purpose and her world. It led the former Police Officer and shooting enthusiast into the consciousness movement as she began to meditate and find answers from different sources. She changed her name to Evania (which means Child of Peace), learned Reiki and natural therapies and found tools to help her more deeply understand the condition of Human Being.
As a serious student of the teachings of the great Masters and sages, she is focused on walking her talk, changing ingrained attitudes that no longer serve her life, and expanding her consciousness while pursuing a balanced and healthy lifestyle. This book attests to what she has learned and reminds her to continue to question her motivations as she endeavors to become more compassionate and kinder through mindfulness and experiencing all that life has to offer.
