H. L. Sudler
H.L. Sudler was born and educated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His has served as a contributing writer for such publications and anthologies as Lambda Book Report, A&U Magazine, Nuance Magazine, Spirited: Affirming the Soul and Black Gay and Lesbian Identity, Mighty Real: An Anthology of African American Same Gender Loving Writing, and Off the Rocks: An Anthology of GLBT Writing. He is the author of a volume of essays titled PATRIARCH: My Extraordinary Journey from Man to Gentleman. His short story The Way of All Flesh was selected for the PATHS Humanitarian Writing Award. He presently lives in Washington, D.C.
