Joanne Van Os
Joanne van Os was born in 1955, grew up in Melbourne, Victoria, and lives in Darwin, Northern Territory Australia, on a sailing yacht with her husband.
Her first book, Outback Heart (Random House Australia 2005) was a memoir about her life with the real Crocodile Dundee, Rod Ansell. She has since written three children's novels, and her first adult fiction, Ronan's Echo, (PanMacmillan Australia) was published in 2014.
