Lola Karns
Having worked as a bartender, shipping clerk, secretary, concierge, document translator, purchasing supervisor, doctoral candidate (in history) and more as I moved through Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, New Jersey and Georgia, I decided I needed a portable career. Remembering how often employers and college professors told me "You should be a writer," I decided it was time to try. I currently reside in Virginia with my husband, two children and two hairless cats. Winter Fairy is my first book, but more are in the works.
