Theresa Honnigford: As one of the writer's making up the RayLee Powers writing team, I have enjoyed the journey of the writing and publishing experience. Writing became therapeutic for me a few years ago, and I still find solace in this process. My niece, Jennie has added the stability to the writing team. The Tie would never have been brought to life without her voice. Both Jennie and I grew up and attended college in the Midwestern United States, so the setting is familiar to both of us. I sincerely hope that reading our first novel The Tie, can become a cathartic journey for anyone looking to enjoy a true love affair story.
Jennie Elliott: I was approached by my Aunt, Theresa Honnigford, to become a part of a writing team that would later be penned, RayLee Powers. Theresa and I have travelled a long journey building great characters and setting for our first novel, The Tie. We are excited to give you this our first of many varied subject novels. We are currently working on a SyFy/Fantasy novel and short romantic novels. So please keep an eye out for our new work.
