Dr. Balgores and Professor Fairholme were, from all my research at least - two good friends that studied medicine and what we would nowadays label as psychology. This book is a refinement from a large selection of notepads, loose paper, gramophone recordings and other such material. I have not found much information about either men, apart from the basics.
