Jan Forster
German magician and mentalist Jan Forster is working since 1983 as a full time pro, mainly in monthly contracts doing theatres, clubs and cruise ships. Being a pupil of Henk Vermeyden and Joe Nex he started as a manipulator. He won with his original act "Smoker's Dream" several 1st prizes, including the Grand Prix Prag 1981, the German Championship in 1984-86, the Tarocco D'Oro Bologna 1983, Merlin Vienna 1991 and some more.
Being fluent in 6 languages he is travelling world wide and more and more presenting shows up to two hours mainly presented with humorous patter. Big part of his work is meanwhile mentalism and doing corporate shows. He is married to Danielle. They have two young daughters and live in Germany when they are not travelling.
