Jonathan Curci
Aged 36, he is the Legal and Strategic Counsel of Titanium S.A. since 2009. He is also a faculty member of the University of Business and International Studies in Geneva (www.ubis-geneva.ch) in the field of international law and finance. He has been visiting scholar and professor in various Universities (including Torino Law School and Lecce University, and Geneva Law School and Brigham Young University, Utah USA). He has been an associate with of Lalive and Partners Attorneys-at-Law. He holds multiple degrees in International Relations and International Law and History including a License from the Université de Genève; a Diplôme d'Etudes Avancées, from the Graduate Institute of International and Development studies in Geneva ; a Certificate of Specialization (upgraded to LL.M) in Intellectual Property from the University of Turin, Italy and the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva; a Ph.D. in International Relations, specialization in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. In addition, he is the Editor of the Genesi Journal, www.genesijournal.org, for the dialogue among the Mediterranean peoples. He is the author of various books and articles in various reviews in the field of international relations. His main books are The Protection of Biodiversity and Related Traditional Knowledge in International Intellectual Property Law (Cambridge University Press, 2009)
