Mark Weston
A performer since age seven, he came up the hard way as prodigy of 'GOLDEEN - The European Illusionist', a world-touring showman. He worked as a semi-professional even before leaving school, later working both in the UK and in Europe in cabaret and the Music Halls with a silent manipulative act and a comedy cabaret act. He appeared on television and worked the Northern Cabaret Club circuits in the UK.
He is a Founder Member of the Wigan Magic Circle, holding the positions of Entertainments Secretary, Editor, Librarian and Chairman, at different times. Mark was a regular lecturer on card magic at most of the main societies in the UK and also has been private tutor to magicians and other entertainers from the Club circuits. He is originator of a number of marketed items and author of several books.
