
John D. Lippy Jr.
John D. Lippy, Jr., known for many years professionally as Lippy, The Magician, but also appearing occasionally with his charming wife as "The Lippys, Amazing Master Magicians," has been associated with the art of necromancy for over fifty years. He numbers among his friends all of the greats in magic, had a large troupe on the road in the early twenties, and appeared at the White House before the President. He has also entertained many national celebrities.
Mr. Lippy was a chemist by profession—studying at Gettysburg College under Dr. Edward S. Breidenbaugh, a noted teacher and authority on chemistry. He has written considerable on the science as well as being the inventor of many chemical toys and novelties.
