This is a terrible effect. It's a kids party trick. The description is very misleading. Avoid at all costs.

This effect will never work. It’s impossible to pull off. Spend your money elsewhere. I’m not a fan of writing negative reviews but this is the worst.

I'm sorry, but this is a bad review. I think this is just an idea that after reading, I don't think I would ever perform. Besides, to be effective, the thought of word would probably need to be a very short word, so I don't think it falls under the category of "ANY thought". The ground would also need to be flat and of the cement kind, and the word is seen written, not cemented.

Unfortunately - the method employed won't work outside of the author's home country.
That fact should really be stated up front in the description, I'm based in Ireland and this effect simply isn't possible to perform here - so be warned...

This is an interesting variation of the thought of word effect. Be forewarned that this probably won't work for close up but it will work really well for stage or parlor.

Astonishing that someone could think it appropriate to release this as a stand alone effect. It is neither original nor good. Anyone with even the slightest interest in mentalism is already aware of the use of the D*******r P*** as a technique to gain access to a thought of word. If it is not layered with other methods and presentation it is as good as useless. Like this pdf.

Not convinced this would play out successfully in performance. Tried it on family members as a test and they were easily able to think of and say appropriate words, per the instructions. Maybe additional guidance on choosing a good subject for this type of effect would help.
