This move was developed by Allan Ackerman. You start out with a convincing type of control. By angling the card correctly you can have it automatically end up in a left hand magician's palm.
Side steal a card and then place it efficiently and invisibly on the top of the deck. If you read somewhere 'do a side steal', this is typically what is meant - side steal to top.
This is a great move by Tony Slydini. The four aces are put back into the deck, letting them stick out by about half. Despite the fact that the aces protrude, the clever Tony steals them into a Tenkai Palm leaving four other cards protruding. How he does that you will learn in this video.
Allan teaches the basic push off second deal. Very similar push off techniques are also used for double lifts or to get a break beneath the top two cards.
