No Math Magic Square by Unknown Mentalist

Yes. You read that right. This is a no-math magic square presentation. Also, there is no memory involved. So the performer need not do any math during performance and also there is nothing for him to remember by way of formulas or rules etc. The prime objective of this system is to truly entertain your audience members. And you don't even use the phrase Magic Square during your performance.

Basically, in most magic square routines, the premise is that the performer has a 'super brain' or is a 'math whiz' and can create a magic square for any given sum in a short time and then goes on to prove that premise by showing that the magic square adds up to the given sum in multiple ways. This is quite impressive, no doubt and there is nothing fundamentally wrong with this premise. But this presentation has been beaten to death over the decades and the exposure on social media (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) is not helping at all.

Another premise is that of the performer as a 'reader' or 'fortune teller' where a magic square is used for giving readings or telling fortunes and it is left with the sitter as a souvenir or talisman. Again there is nothing fundamentally wrong with this premise but it is not every performer's cup of tea and also there is almost no entertainment value in this type of setting.

So this No Math Magic Square system is created with the purpose of giving entertainment to your audience members and is meant for those performers who want to use the magic square principles for pure entertainment purposes and are not playing the roles of either a 'super brain' or 'math whiz' or 'fortune teller' or 'reader'. Importantly, entertaining without the performer having to bother with either math or memory.

Added to the above, this No Math Magic Square presentation system also gives greater scope to use more participants in your routine rather than just one participant for a typical standard magic square presentation by using 4 to 6 participants during the entire routine. And increased audience participation for any routine is a big plus for the performer.

There is a one-time preparation of a single card (this card can be any size - business card, index card, postcard, A5 card, or A4 card, etc) which will last you many performances. Apart from this, you will be using up 5-6 of your business cards (with blank backs) for each performance and those cards will be taken away by as many participants as souvenirs.

A refreshing new take on the magic square presentation, that too without using the phrase magic square during your entire performance.
