Chess savant effect
Ultimate Magic Tour allows the performer to complete the classic Knight's Tour Chess Challenge with no memory work or calculation and kicker predictions. Two effects are possible:
Basic (Non-magic) Tour
The spectator freely chooses one of the 64 squares on the 8x8 chessboard. The performer immediately writes a secret prediction and proceeds to make moves, numbering each square "1", "2", "3", etc., starting at the spectator's square, until all squares have been visited exactly once. Incredibly, the final square exactly matches the prediction.

The year is 1584. The printing press is barely a century old. And a Frenchman named Jean Prevost is about to publish the oldest printed magic book in the world. Four centuries later, you can read it in English.
In 1584, while the rest of Europe was burning women at the stake for witchcraft, Jean Prevost did something far better: he told the truth about many of the magic tricks of his era. Subtle and Pleasant Inventions is the first book ever printed that pulls back the curtain on the conjurer's trade — not in vague riddles, but in exacting, hands-on detail. Rigged books. Gimmicked blades....

The performer predicts the color matches among randomly assembled pairs and the identity of the spectator's remaining card.
A prediction envelope has been placed in full view on the table.
The spectator cuts into a regular deck and deals a small packet of cards to the performer. After a genuine riffle shuffle and a couple of cuts, he deals a small packet of cards to himself as well.
Without looking at the faces, the performer removes two cards from different positions in his packet and tables them face down. The spectator takes the top two cards from his own packet and freely places...

A borrowed deck. The spectator shuffles and cuts. An impossible outcome. And absolutely zero sleight of hand.
Imagine handing a normal, borrowed deck of cards to your spectator. They give it a genuine table riffle shuffle, cut the deck, and deal five random, face-down cards to themselves. You have had a single face-down prediction card sitting on the table from the very beginning.

Absolutely a card technique you've never seen before.
This is an original card technique I developed that lets the spectator decide where two packets are interlaced, followed by a push-through handling to complete the cut. It can be used to cut to all four Aces or other target cards. Here are two routines using this technique:
Forklift Match: The spectator freely selects two cards. The magician splits the deck in two and lets the spectator decide where the two packets are interlaced. The magician then cuts the deck into three packets, with the top and bottom cards of the three packets...

Two books that seem to know things they have no way of knowing.
From the creator of Tube and The Method Impossible series comes a brand new kind of book test, one that talks to the spectator and tells them what they are thinking!
Instead of using a book to select a word, these two book tests are active participants in a mysterious experience.
Hand someone a book. The book asks the spectator a few questions. Then it tells them their star sign — or the exact card they were thinking of. The questions have nothing to do with their birthdate or selected card. They are just silly questions...

Stop practicing your passes and palms for a moment. What if you could perform a miracle where the spectator shuffles the deck, cuts the cards, and simply thinks of one - all while you never touch the deck?
Two variations. Perform the one that best suits your style.

The Power of Psychology Over Sleight of Hand
This effect is designed...

A foolproof card routine for fooling your magician friends.
The magician has the spectator cut a packet into three piles, just as he does, and remembers the cards they cut to. The magician turns his cut-to card face up and exchanges it with the spectator's card, placing them at their freely chosen cut positions. The spectator then shuffles the cards. The magician splits the deck into two packets and deals from both simultaneously. When he stops at the face-up card, the corresponding card in the other packet is the spectator's selection. Not only that, the cards stop at exactly the positions...

A new handling of a classic plot.
A spectator freely selects a card. The magician claims he will cut to the other three cards of the same value. He cuts three cards and leaves each face up in the deck. At the end, they are revealed to be the wrong value. But when the deck is spread, the three face-up cards have impossibly changed into the other three mates of the spectator's selection.

Titanic Thompson is remembered as one of the greatest proposition bettors, hustlers, and gamblers who ever lived. But this book isn't about gambling. It's about the mindset that made him unbeatable.
Rather than retelling the life of Titanic Thompson, Lessons from the Proposition King extracts the timeless principles behind his success and applies them directly to the worlds of magic, mentalism, business, persuasion, and performance.
Every chapter explores one of Titanic's core ideas—from controlling conditions before the game begins, to creating compelling stories, understanding psychology,...

This book test is based on The Reverse Force. But you do not need to own that ebook to use this book test. This is not a physical book to carry around. It is a PDF which you can easily carry on your mobile phone, and you are ready to perform this anytime, anywhere, to anyone.
In this powerful book test, you don't just divine a single word but you can divine multiple words and an entire sentence also. You can even repeat the effect to the same participant, if required,...

A card chosen at random along the path virtually manages to find the real way to meet its twin.
This is an original card magic effect in which the magician, after showing and shuffling a deck of cards, hands it to a spectator who, after cutting and completing it, one or more times as desired, is ready to follow the magician's instructions. The latter asks him to turn over the first card and place next to it as many cards as its value. He will turn over the last one and repeat the process a second time, again based on the value of the card he turned over. At that point, when the last card...

A collection of practical pieces to carry in an ordinary wallet.
Gimmicked wallets are cool, but you don't need them. Carrying strange props is an option, but you don't need anything extra to create astonishing everyday mentalism. Welcome to Minimal EDC Act, a compendium of ideas that can transform your everyday ungimmicked wallet into a powerful mentalism tool.
This is the mentalism I have performed with my wallet since the very beginning.
You will learn 12 practical mentalism routines using only 5 ESP Cards, approaches to the "Thought-of Card in Wallet" plot, telepathic and precognitive...

A thought-of person revelation
"People don't remember people. They remember the emotions attached to them. Even when names fade, those emotions leave an echo."
A participant silently thinks of someone who genuinely mattered in their life. Not their favourite celebrity. Not a playing card. A real person.
Without asking a single question, you begin describing the relationship. You reveal whether the connection feels warm, difficult, or somewhere in between. You identify the period of their life the person belongs to. The audience watches as the participant quietly confirms each impression. ...

Imagine the scene. A candlelit room. Some people are dressed in black. Others are dressed in red. A spectator takes the twelve face cards from the deck and thoroughly shuffles them. You get a quick glimpse at the cards, taking a mental snapshot of the scene. The cards are then turned face down and laid out in a row. The candlelight fades. In the darkness, people begin to stir.
One by one, the spectator exchanges any card freely with an adjacent neighbor, repeating this again and again. Everything has changed.
And yet… somehow, your mental snapshot still tells the whole story. When...

The performer reveals the spectator's chosen card and its exact position in the deck - twice in a row.
Phase #1:
The spectator selects one card in a deck as follows:
Once the cards have been dealt into two piles, the spectator simultaneously cuts off a packet from each pile and swaps them; he may perform this cutting and swapping as many times as desired. (This alters both the order of the cards and the size of each pile.) He selects one pile and repeats the same procedure twice more.
The spectator, now left with a small packet, remembers the top card - let's assume the Jack of Diamonds...

The human lie detector
Imagine an effect where the cards are seemingly merely a formality and the true focus is on the psychology of the human mind. In this incredible effect, a spectator can freely shuffle the deck using any shuffle they choose.
Your spectators cut the deck into multiple packets - which don't need to be equal in size - and shuffle their own packets to ensure total randomness. They can even exchange packets among themselves before looking at their cards, leaving you seemingly with no information at all.
This is where the real magic happens. You explain that in the high-stakes...

Both Annemann and Bob Cassidy would have been proud of this. I took what I learnt from Annemann a long time back and mixed it with what I learnt from Bob (also a long time ago) and the outcome is a synergy which simply rocks, stuns and blasts any audience.
The effect as seen by the audience is this. You introduce a single prediction envelope which is kept in full view until the climax. You then give a single pocket diary or a single poker sized calendar...

My card routines Triple Cut ACAAN and Three Chances ACAAN have received a great response on Lybrary, and ACAAN routines where the spectator cuts three cards and their values add up to the final position of the selection are one of my favorite types to explore. Today, I'd like to share two more ACAAN routines along the same lines.
Like the previous routines, both are very fooling to magicians, with very direct effects. Both routines also use unconventional methods, resulting in even more unique and powerful effects!
Composite ACAAN:
The spectator freely selects...

You show four cards with yellow backs. On the other side they all have green backs, meaning they are double-backer cards. Then where there were yellow backs, there are now blue backs. Then the cards turn into the four aces. Then the backs change to red backs. Eventually, each ace has a different coloured back.

The secret books of Eric Lewis.
A personal selection by Eric Lewis of the best and most interesting tricks he encountered during a lifetime of magic. Everything is stunningly illustrated.
Excerpt from the introduction:
This book is a four-fold labour of love; of a lifetime love of magic, a love of books, a love of writing and a love of drawing and the daubing of colours. It is unique. There is only this one. It was born of a desire to take the magical impedimenta that one gathers throughout a life-time of magic; the notes in exercise books, the dealer's instruction sheets of personal interest,...

Excerpt from the introduction by Charles Eastman:
Here is an effect from the ever fertile brain of Mr. Val Evans (Valcarte) that was made and sold by me as far back as 1930.
By the way, this effect can be performed entirely surrounded by spectators without prepared cards. Nothing is needed but the holder, the cards, and the ribbon. And the effect is recommended for all types of performers. Also, you can still probably fool the smart boys at your next magic club meeting with this effect.
