Warren Kaps was born in Brooklyn, NY then moved to Jersey City until college (Rutgers University). In 1976 he opened his own law practice in New Jersey and New York. His office is now in Hackensack, NJ. He first learned magic from Leslie Guest. In 1984, Warren helped found the S.A.M. Magic Endowment Fund. Warren Served as National President of the Society of American Magicians during the Society’s Centennial years 2001-2002.
