It can all be performed as a near propless conversation. Although at one stage I handed over my phone so that my subject could refer to a chart that I had prepared as a image. I made three small tweaks to the effect, strengthening it I think, but possible because I know a memorised deck. The highlight of the effect was when I announced that my subject had been thinking about the date of 1st January. He was completely agog that I could know that.

The method is pretty simple and straightforward, yet the results are astonishing to say the least.
