This is one of those effects where, once you see how it's done, you're like, "Why didn't *I* think of that?!?" Also fun to read just to feel the enthusiasm of the creator! Highly recommended for a quick bit of astonishment.
I really like The Unknown Mentalist's stuff and must have purchased and performed a half-dozen of his effects, but this one is going to the "369” force one too many times. It's getting a bit stale, to be honest, after some of the nice effects based on it in his earlier work.
Also, there are just two many math steps the spectator has to perform -- adding, counting, and other operations which certainly aren't difficult in themselves, but one slip-up on their part and the whole effect falls apart.
A fantastic addition to the standard Out of this World routine, fully eliminating any need to stack the deck beforehand, making this perfect for a borrowed deck!
All sorts of interesting and useful stuff here, but also items of mainly historical interest. Recommended, although the price is a bit steep for this.
As brilliant as you would expect -- forcing ideas and outright instructions for forces in almost every situation you're likely to need in designing your own routines.
Good, old-fashioned effects ... but the emphasis is on the historical. Very, very entertaining, however!
I doubt I need to add anything here, as Turner is a god and this is one of his most helpful gospels! Buy this now.
This is very entertainingly written, but best for those brand-new in the field. Still, at this price, I will be getting it every month.
Great, great information and material here. You can also never go wrong with the versions offered by Lybrary.
What else is there to say that hasn't already been said? 908 pages of amazement EVERYONE needs to read if they're interested in anything to do with mentalism!
