A Series of Fortunate Events by Biagio Fasano & Roberto Tota

A quest to discover one's true purpose, traveling through time and space, undertaken with a simple deck of cards, in which each person's destiny will be revealed through four truly special cards.

A Series of Fortunate Events is an exciting quadruple coincidence magic trick in which the magician, using a simple deck of cards, helps the spectator with an important task that combines philosophy and mysticism: the journey through time and space in search of life's most meaningful goals.

After showing and shuffling the cards, he has a spectator cut the deck, and that is where his search begins, making extensive use of both space (the values of the first three cards will indicate how far he needs to move) and time (the clockwise arrangement will allow for the first round of selections, through successive eliminations).

But to be sure that the target he has hit is truly the right one, he will proceed by creating mystical triangles (arranging the cards in a specific way) and choosing among various paths, until he finds himself faced with as many as four chosen cards: upon turning them over, the spectator will discover that they are all the queens, symbolizing the importance of the soulmate, the life partner!

Strengths:

  • The effect is incredibly Self-working.
  • The secret lies in using our secret stack, which hides some wonderful new features inside.
