First of all, let me make clear that the explanation is subtitled as well as the demo. Not a real issue. The explanation and the method are pretty straightforward. (Unfortunately for me, it uses a technique I have some difficulty with - but that is MY problem!) A nice routine for impromptu situations - start clean, end clean. Recommended.
