Another person picks up the red deck which you have NOT TOUCHED and counts down from the top to the 22nd card. He always counts from the top face down. The card at position 22 is the 4 of Clubs. Each number of the square is represented by a single card's value. There are more cells to be filled than different values in a deck, so it is impossible to use each value only once; but because all duplicates...

EFFECT: The performer jots down a prediction on a small piece of paper, folds it into quarters, and drops it into a coffee cup. A spectator is now asked to name a time. She says, "7:35". She now reaches into the coffee cup, and removes the slip of paper, opens it up, and reads the time. Of course, it is 7:35.
