My Jazz Aces routine differs from the classic handling in both procedure and display, and it finishes with my own handling for a different ending.
Performance transcript:
- Next, this routine uses 4 Aces and 4 indifferent cards.
- Turn 3 of the Aces face down.
- On top of the Ace of Spades, I place the 6 of Spades.
- This is the 6 of Spades.
- Insert one Ace into the packet of indifferent cards.
- Just to confirm.
- With a turnover, the 6 of Spades and the Ace transpose positions.
- The second one is the Ace of Clubs; I place it here.
- Then place the 8 of Clubs on top of these two Aces.
- 1 2 3 4
- Turn over.
- This card becomes the 8 of Clubs, and the Ace of Clubs jumps here.
- Three Aces, just to confirm.
- The last one is Diamonds, the Ace of Diamonds goes here.
- Again, place an indifferent card, the 9 of Spades, on top of the three Aces.
- Insert the Ace of Diamonds into the middle of the three indifferent cards.
- This time I'll do it a little differently—I rotate the three indifferent cards.
- So for the final phase.
- The three indifferent cards turn into the three Aces.
- And the three Aces in front of me become three indifferent cards.
