A very fooling card location and ACAAN effect.
Two spectators each cut a packet and remember the bottom card, then replace them into the deck. The performer has a spectator cut a large packet, then deals left and right on the table, eliminating the left pile each time, until only one card remains on the right. That card is spectator two's selection. Not only that, the top cards of the four dealt piles are turned over - their values add up to reveal the final position of spectator one's card.

Performance transcript
- Next is a very fooling ACAAN effect.
- Place the deck on the table and have a spectator cut about one-third.
- Remember the card they cut to.
- Have them cut another third and remember that card as well.
- Then have the spectator reassemble the deck.
- Now I'll try to locate the selections.
- Oops, I forgot to remove the Jokers.
- Since this routine involves numbers, I'll take the Jokers out first.
- Now I'll need the spectator's help to find the cards.
- Have them cut roughly half the deck into my hand.
- This is a completely free cut.
- The rest can stay aside.
- Take the cut packet and deal it into two piles.
- One face-up, one face-down.
- Since the face-up cards have been seen, we eliminate them.
- Keep the face-down (unknown) cards.
- Continue dealing left and right.
- As I deal, the right-hand pile diminishes.
- Last card.
- It's the spectator's 2 of Clubs.
- Additionally, the spectator has formed four piles.
- Turn over these four piles.
- None contain the selection.
- But the cards they dealt must mean something.
- 7+1=8, 8+3=11
- This indicates the position of the first selection.
- At position 16.
- Which is the spectator's 9 of Spades.
