The knowledge in this manuscript allows the mentalist to very convincingly demonstrate the ability to read sealed messages and posses the art of thought-transference! The spectator is told to take his business card out and write out a question and turn the card writing-side down. The card is then sealed in a envelope which the spectator signs and holds. This DVD is a live recorded lecture Al Mann gave in Vienna, Austria, at the 1. Wiener Zaubertheater, on November 25th 1984. To my knowledge this is the only DVD available today showing Al Mann in action. The quality is remarkably good for a live unscripted recording from a single camera from the 80s. It runs for a bit over 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Three sweet effects that pack small but play big.

Trick Tac is a simple routine in nature that packs a big punch. You introduce a packet of tictacs, then you ask the spectator to pour some of the mints out into their open hand but restrict how many they take from your view. What ever they do, they MUST NOT allow you to see in their hand. The spectator keeps this in mind and keeps every single tictac they have taken in a tight fist. However, you are able to tell them EXACTLY how many they have in there down to the last mint!

You display a big envelope with a prediction. Two spectators assist you with this experiment. You display now a transparent clipboard with a single sheet of paper on it. On this paper are printed 25 different abstract symbols in a numbered grid. You ask one spectator to think of any uneven number from 1 to 25 (including 1 and 25). The other spectator thinks of an even number. These numbers are only thought of! Now each of the spectators looks at the clipboard and remembers the symbol corresponding to his number. Again the spectators never name aloud their symbols and you don't ask a single...

You bring out a couple of blank cards. Now you cleanly write three predictions and put these three cards onto the table. Next you show a red-backed pack of cards. The cards are spread face-up on the table. Three spectators are invited to each freely push one card out of the spread. There is absolutely no force involved and all 52 cards are present!

Without any false moves you turn around your three predictions cards - you have successfully predicted all three chosen cards!
