Effect: Spectator one thinks of a card but he does not say it out loud. Spectator two thinks of a number and then deals to a card at that number. The card which she finds is Spectator one's selection.

The spectator is now given an invisible mobile phone and is asked to pretend to dial the number. As this happens the performer watches the actions and at the same time writes some numbers on a blank card. This is placed face down on the table. Jazz Aces was inauspiciously introduced to the magic world in 1971 when Peter Kane published Another Card Session.
