Yes, this looks impossible. You show four cards. Turn over one and the rest also magically turns over. That is just the warming-up effect. The real stunner is when you turn over the cards and suddenly three of them have big circles cut from their center and the fourth has changed color.
1st edition 2024, video 4:45.
You show two cards from both sides. One is the Queen of Hearts and the other is the Jack of Spades. The Queen of Hearts has a big square hole cut from its center. You briefly put these two cards together, separate them again, and suddenly the Jack of Spades has a round hole cut from its center and the Queen of Hearts is restored without a hole. The hole moved from the Queen to the Jack and changed from a square hole to a round hole.

You show 8 cards. Four are the aces that you place on the table. And the other four cards are jokers. Three of the jokers you put face-down on the face-up ace of spades. But when everything is turned face up, the other three aces have joined the ace of spades, and the rest of the cards are kings rather than jokers.

This small packet trick combines several color changes. You start by showing five blank cards. Showing them again one of the blank cards has changed into a king with a blue back. You table this king. This process continues until you have all four kings with blue backs on the table and one blank card in the hand. The remaining blank card changes to one with a red back. Suddenly all five cards have red backs, and as the climax, you fan the five cards face-up and you now hold a royal flush.

You start by showing four cards from the back, one of which is orange, while the others have red backs. The front of the orange-backed card is blank. You table that card. As you show the three remaining red-backed cards for the second time, one has changed to a blue back. The front is again blank. One more time around, and another card has changed its back to a different color.
You pick up the four cards and show their faces, but they now have all turned into four Jokers. Another magical gesture and they have changed into four Queen of Hearts. Then the four Queen of Hearts change to the...
You show four cards, one of which has a big round hole cut out. Suddenly all the cards have a big round hole cut out. In another blink of an eye, the round hole has transformed into a square hole and you are only holding a single card. This effect is best seen performed. Watch the demo video below.

Card tricks with big holes in some cards is one of Peter Pellikaan's unique themes. This is another visual effect using cards with holes.
You show four regular playing cards and a coin. When you count the cards again one card suddenly has a huge hole cut out of its center. You place this card aside and count the remaining three cards. Another card has a hole. You do this until all four cards have turned into cards with big holes cut from their center.
When you pick up these four cards with holes, they magically become whole (pun intended) again. They are restored without any holes just like...
Are you looking for an effect that will make spectators exclaim, "That's impossible!"? Look no further. This is the perfect closer for your show or to impress a client.
Here's how it works: The magician cuts the deck and gives spectators cards to shuffle. After that, he never touches the cards again. Three spectators each choose any card from their shuffled packet. After viewing their cards, they replace and reshuffle them. Once the deck is reassembled, all three spectators select another card, each using a different method: cutting, dealing to any card, or picking from a spread. Amazingly,...
You show four Eight of Diamonds. On one you draw a large X and you ask the spectator to follow it. You turn the cards face-down, and after some mixing, you table the cards one after each other face-down. When you turn the cards face-up they have all changed to aces. The eights including the one with the cross on it have vanished.

A stunning color change of blank cards into printed cards.
You show four cards which are blank on both sides. Suddenly an ace of spades appears. When you spread the four cards all formerly blank cards are now aces. Turning over the fan shows four different backs. The blank cards have changed to non-blank front and back.

Three cards are put face down on the table. Put three blank cards over the first card and the blank cards all change into the same card they were put on. Repeat this with the other two cards. The cards always magically change their faces. At the end, the faces change again and the entire deck is blank.

You show four cards with blue dots and another four cards with red dots. Then you stick a blue dot over a red dot card and a red dot over a blue dot card. After 5 seconds the dot color of the remaining three cards in each packet has changed, too.
You continue to mix the cards but they always separate into packs of the same color, like oil and water separate. In the final sequence, you remove the two dots you stuck on in the first phase and the colors change again magically.
1st edition 2024, video 5:46.
You show two packs of four blank cards each. You stick a blue dot on the top card of one pile and suddenly all these four cards have blue dots. You do the same with the red dot and the other pile. Then you exchange the top cards of these two piles. The remaining cards follow their leaders because the pack that had blue dots before has now the red dots and vice versa. When you take off a red dot and a blue dot from one card each, the remaining cards return to blank cards.

The spectator cuts the deck as much as he wants. The magician picks up the deck and deals the cards singly from the top. When the spectator stops him, the magician tables the deck and turns away. The spectator remembers the value of one card and the suit of another card where he stopped at. He gathers the cards - he can even cut the deck - before the magician faces him again. Then, the magician asks the spectator to concentrate and makes two assertions, one about the color and one about the value. The spectator tells him if he is right or wrong both times. Whatever the outcome is, the magician...
You show four cards with red dots and four cards with yellow dots. When you touch the pack of red dots with the pack of yellow dots one of the red dot cards changes to a yellow dot card. You do this several times until all four cards you are holding have turned yellow. Suddenly they turn back to showing red dots. When you show the pack of yellow cards on the table they now all have blue dots.

You show five cards that have a blue dot on their faces. When you rotate the pack one dot changes to a red dot. You table the red dotted card. Another magical gesture and another red dot appears. You continue until four cards have changed to red dots. The final card with a blue dot changes to just a blue dot, no fifth card is visible anymore.

This is a mind-blowing, two-part effect. The spectator cuts the deck, looks at the card (no force) and then cuts the card back into the deck. With one cut, the magician controls the spectator's card to the 2nd card from the top of the deck.
The magician performs the effect again but under impossible conditions. After the magician cuts the deck, he never touches the deck again. The spectator is in control, cutting and shuffling the deck multiple times. Yet magically the spectator's card is again the 2nd card from the top of the deck!
No duplicate cards, no false deals, no forces, no rough...
The spectator names any card. No force. No equivoque. He can change his mind. It will be a different card every time.
The card's meaning has been predicted by a voodoo fortune teller. There is only one prediction and it is in full view at all times.
No sleights. No memorization. No mathematics. Instant reset. Nothing added or taken away. Practically works itself.

EFFECT
One bullet. Six chambers. One Ace of Spades. Six positions among five red cards. You give the cards to the participant for examination. The participant secretly inserts the "bullet" into one of the six chambers and hands you back the "gun".
The cards lie on your wide-open hand, you don't even look at them. You look at the participant. He knows where the bullet is. As you deal the first card face up, you say: "clic". The card is red. Empty chamber.
You keep looking at your participant. How does he feel about the next one? You deal the next one face up. Red card, empty chamber....
It's never been done before because it's never been possible until now and now you can predict the assisting spectator's actual beliefs. For the kicker, a second prediction nails any card of 52 the spectator names!
There have been no other predictions like these in the history of magic and mentalism. No sleights. No memorization. Instant reset. No refills. It can be a different card every time. Nothing added and nothing taken away.

Find their card with an inferno on your palm.
A card is selected, signed, and returned to the deck. And then ... you take a burning match and shove it into the deck, burning one card at a time going deeper and deeper and eventually the match extinguishes itself. You spread the cards and find that the match burnt through each and every card but it couldn't go beyond one particular card, their signed card.
You start with four blank cards and show them from both sides to be blank. Suddenly backs appear, faces appear, and you finish with yet another change of the back designs.
You will need three jacks or three cards with identical faces but different backs. You will also need three blank cards, two of which have the same back, and one a different back. You will also need a piece of hard wax which Peter uses to prepare one card.
1st edition 2024, video 2:34.
Two cards are face-down on the table next to each other. When you turn over the first one it is blank on its face. When you turn over the second one a big hole appears in the center. When you turn them back face-down the big hole vanishes. It can hardly get any stranger.
1st edition 2024, video 2:03.
The spectator names a Poker hand. He can change his mind. The deck is spread face down and the five cards for the named hand are the only face-up cards. The deck is squared and spread again: the face-up cards have vanished. For the kicker, the deck is spread face up and all the cards are blank. It was all an illusion.
Uses a special gaffed deck you can easily make at home. No sleights. No memorization. Idiot proof. Automatic reset. No angles. Killer kicker.

You show four cards with red backs. Then you table one of the red-backed cards and add a card with a blue back to the remaining three red-backed cards. Suddenly all of these four cards have a blue back. You table one of the blue-backed cards and add a card with yet another back design. The same thing happens, all the cards take on that new and different back design. You do the same procedure one more time. Then the Joker enters the picture and even more all different backs appear. If this doesn't dazzle you then clearly Dazzzillle is not for you.

This is a routine for those who want to elicit screams from their female spectators at the final revelation. They are thinking of a card, the only card in the deck with a secret message, a message so profound and emotionally connecting that a scream of disbelief is the only reaction possible. At least that's what road tests of the routine have shown.
Also included, is a bonus routine with magic eyeglasses, invisible writing made visible, and a kicker ending that will baffle all.

For those who wish to fool those who know all the other gaffed montes (Skinner's, Deland's "Pickitout," the British "Chase the Ace"), the "Bammo Queen Monte" is here and ready to serve.
Those other versions use two gaffed cards, the Bammo Queen Monte does not - which means that there are deceptive displays possible that the others cannot match.
There is no sleight of hand: the special cards do all the work.
The entire routine happens on the table just like the real monte. Alternately, for maximum visibility, larger cards can be used with some card holders.
Three cards are shown,...
The magician displays a random mix of ten cards, all spot cards and a single Ace of Spades. He explains these cards are used in a game called, "Ten Card Poker Slam" - with just ten cards cheating is impossible. The cards are mixed face down and dealt in a row. The magician and the spectator take turns selecting cards until each has five cards.
The magician reveals his hand: four 2s and an Ace of Spades - Four of a Kind - BUT - - - The spectator's hand is a Straight Flush in diamonds, 6D, 7D, 8D, 9D and 10D - and a Straight Flush beats Four of a Kind, so the magician has the losing hand....
Clever tricks with standard gaffed cards such as double backers, blank faced, etc.
Excerpt from the introduction:
You will find that the effects obtained through the use of fake cards can be quite incredible when some sleight-of-hand or subtlety is also used. False counts play a large part in the effects.

You put your finger through a large square cut out of a blue-backed playing card. Instantly the card turns red and the hole you just saw fingers go through somehow no longer exists. The black hole is now just a piece of black tape that is peeled off of the card. A real visual puzzle!
To make the gimmick you will need the usual card-gaffing supplies and some arts and crafts to construct it.
