This is a series of methods for taking a spectator-shuffled deck and sorting it into piles of red and black - while blindfolded.

And one of the methods (as shown in the demo) gives you the ability to identify the suit and value of each card of a borrowed, shuffled deck, requiring no memorization.

There are six methods in total, three of which use "special" decks (can still be used for your other card magic), and the other two use borrowed decks. All of them can be done blindfolded.

Inspired by Greg Arce's stage routine 'Awe-Sum Total' which in turn was inspired by Larry Becker's 'Sum total. Scott has taken Greg's original (with his permission) and adapted it for close-up table hopping without losing the impact of the original.

Five, five digit numbers are displayed to the audience as a prediction. These numbers remain in full view throughout the routine and are not switched. A four card monte effect - a queen and three aces. Cards magically turn face up and down, and the queen vanishes. For the climax one card is removed, the queen reappears and suddenly two cards change completely into new cards and the queens back is now red.

A bottle label magically penetrates the glass and is attached on the inside of the bottle.

Effect: Write down a prediction, for example a playing card. Since you have no piece of paper you write the prediction on the label of a cola bottle. Then have a spectator take a card from your deck (yes folks, you will need to force the card). And then reveal that you have correctly predicted the card. To give the spectator a little souvenir you sign the bottle label. On further thought you want to make it even more special. Take out your lighter, burn the label and suddenly the label with the prediction...

Spectator freely chooses a card. The performer looses the card in the deck and takes the top 4 cards, and then shows each of the four cards as being the chosen card. Weird. For the finale the four cards turn into the four aces. A fast and very visual routine.

You start out with four red backed Aces of Clubs, shown individually from the back and front. One of the Aces changes to a Queen of Hearts. The Queen of Hearts jumps to various places in the pack. For the climax all four cards change to the Queen of Hearts and also the backs change to blue backs. Does not use any gimmicked or gaffed cards. Can be done with jumbo cards as Paul demonstrates in the video.

This is a wonderful version of the classic matrix effect - four coins and four cards. Each coin starts under one card in 4 different places. Eventually all coins assemble magically one by one under one card. The description includes a beautiful display move which allows you to show a card in one hand while you hide a coin in the same.

This is a simple coins across that can be done with any type of coins. Ideally you want to do this with at least six or more coins. All you need to be able to do is a thumb palm.

A new way to lift a wallet. It's not what you think.

You won't believe the video. This is an ultra-visual, realistic levitation of your spectator's wallet, without thread. You levitate their wallet after asking if he's seen the various ways of 'lifting' wallets (pickpocket style). Learn to make two impossible objects without glue or other bonding agents. You can hand it out for examination. No joint or slit will be visible, because there is none. No glue or hidden cuts or anything like that. Have a wooden arrow pass through a Chinese coin with a hole or a bottle with a hole.

Here you learn a few simple ways to make some new impossible folded playing cards. You also can do this with your own business cards or banknotes. You even could link your business card with a banknote or playing card. A perfect souvenir! You don't need glue or anything like that. Put it in a frame or carry some with you and hand them out.

With a quick gesture, the signed coin in your hand will penetrate the plastic wrapping of the cigarette pack! Purely technical and no gimmick used.
