Back in Its Place is a complete, performance-ready piece of card mentalism, and it's yours at no cost. Most of what I sell is built on the same thinking you'll find here, so consider this both a working routine and an honest sample of how my material is put together.

The effect:

A sealed deck is borrowed and opened in full view - every card in factory order. A spectator freely removes a card, looks at it, and replaces it wherever they like. Moments later it's sitting face up in a face-down spread. And when the deck...

There are no tricks explained in this ebook. It references dozens of effects most magicians are familiar with, and a presentation to deliver a message beyond simple entertainment. Over half the book is devoted to Gospel Magic, to make the Good Word as interesting to watch as it is to hear!

By extension, the message in your magic could extend to morals and healthy habits, or even mundane matters like plugging a specific product or service. There are some ideas for all these.

There is no charge for the ebook, simply because I believe spreading the "Good Word" ceases to be "Good" when distributed...

After they cut the deck, two spectators are given a packet of cards each from which they memorize any card. They lose their card into the deck and concentrate on their symbol. Each thought-of symbol can be removed from the deck and placed in front of the appropriate spectator.

Easy to do. You only need a regular deck of 25 ESP cards.

We have researched this popular effect from the 70's Page/Kaps versions right up to the present offerings. Finn Jon's method is far superior to all others, using the Z fold, X fold, suspicious, unnecessary turnovers, and thick hidden packets. Simple to construct, foolproof in execution.

Minor math-based tricks and procedural surprises.

This is an easy to learn and easy to remember cyclical stack based broadly on human anatomy. There is a very novel and innovative analogy which can be easily visualized and used. There is no lengthy and brute memorization required. There is no math involved. And the stack is very random looking. This is a tetradistic stack. So if you learn the first bank of 13 cards, the subsequent 3 banks are the same. First, it will be easy to learn the values in the stack and then any appropriate suit system can be applied.

The obvious pattern of values in the Si Stebbins stack and the brute memorization...

They're Just Balls is simply a different approach to performing a few routines with balls. Almost completely lacking any difficult moves or sleights, the routines depend mostly on the standard principles of magic - misdirection and timing.

In this booklet I've attempted a few new ways to accomplish some routines using balls in a unique manner. Included are some effects first suggested in the classic Stars of Magic tome and a perverted view of the Cups & Balls. A ball puzzle and a dramatic 8-Ball production round out this offering. Just Coins is intended to be a fun approach to performing a few standard coin routines. Almost totally devoid of any difficult moves or sleights, the routines depend mostly on the two fundamental principles of magic - misdirection and timing.

I have always disliked how most magicians perform the haunted deck as an added phase to an Ambitious Card routine or worse just a single-phased find a card trick. Some use the presentation of ghosts, but I also don't like it as well. It is too dark for some of the audiences around the world and also doesn't suit every occasion/event.

One of the classic forms of mind-reading is the center tear. With a center tear, you can get the secret information that a participant has written. Almost all of the center tears require a pre-folded billet which the participant needs to re-fold the same way after they write down the secret information. The Butterfly Center Tear (BCT) is my solution to a no pre-fold center tear.
