I think that the ability to listen to people is your best business card. When you see someone and you say "how are you", you break the boundaries of the discussion: even a person has never seen, after this question, often begins to tell you part of his life. My wife says I'm a big talker, that I talk also to the walls. It's true! But it is true that if you know how to listen, it becomes easier to communicate. This I have learned in my life. Both in the field of work (in many years I have been a designer, assistance technician, trainer, and even salesman) and in life. And also in my experiences of magic. Where listening means "getting in tune" with the people; in tune to communicate better! To understand and to be understood... better!
