Cyclopedia of MagicHenry Hay... evidence before accepting "Harold" in place of "Harry" as Mr. Kellar's given name.) It is surprising to note, too, in the article on Flower Productions, the absence of the most beautiful of all flower tricks, Karl Germain's Visible Growth of the Rose Bush; and to find the three pages on the Jap Box given over wholly to explaining the "production box" of ancient vintage, with no reference whatsoever to the small, lidless box with removable bottom, which is what the name "Jap Box" signifies to magicians at the middle of the twentieth century.
There is much more that might be said about... | ★★★★★ $15 to wish listPDF |
Wrinkles on the Table (for resale)Steve Shufton... fooler. This routine accomplishes the same effect - with a backfire, using all new moves. Steve wanted to design the most natural looking moves to accomplish this favorite effect. This is the most convincing and magical matrix routine he has yet devised - and it will fool those "in the know"!
Okito Box Routines - Here are a couple routines using an ungimmicked Okito box. "4 out and in" uses some of Roth's handlings as a launching point. But 4 coins travel invisibly out of and into the box, one at a time, using no extra coins and an ungimmicked box. This routine features some original moves... | DVD |

A Boon For All SeasonsEric Mason & Barrie Richardson ... gimmick in the world.
Review by Al Smith in Pabular:
"Neither of the authors will be strangers to Pabular readers and both have inventive and original minds. Eric, of course, invented the Boon writer, in the first place, so his niche in magical history is as assured as that of Elmsley, Okito and the many others, who have given us utility items, with uses so numerous that only the limitations of the human imagination place restrictions upon them.
So what of the book itself. Its presentation is decidedly upmarket. Stitched and perfect bound with high quality paper and softboard... | ★★★★★ $15 to wish listPDF_facsimile |
