BoxflipDave Forrest'Card to Box' meets 'Deck to Pocket' in this insanely visual transpostion. The Effect: You remove the deck from its case and have a spectator freely choose any card - no force - and sign it across the face. You then place the card case into your pocket before losing the signed card back into the centre of the deck. With a snap of your fingers you claim that you have made the card jump to your pocket and appear inside the card case. Your audience doesn't believe you. But, with a totally empty hand you reach into your pocket and produce...the entire deck. The spectator turns his attention back... | ★★★★★ $7.72 to wish listMP4 (video)
SnatchDave ForrestImpossibly produce a card the spectator is thinking of from a cased deck, bound with a rubber band! Your spectator shuffles the deck and hands it back to you. You make no moves. They think of a card from inside the deck. You make no moves. They are then immediately handed the deck to shuffle again. You make no moves. The deck is fairly cased and then bound with a rubber band. Within THREE SECONDS you produce one card from inside the deck yet the deck itself is still cased and bound. CCARN: Chosen Card At Random NumberJozsef Kovacs
Any card is selected [say the King of Spades] and then buried into the deck by the spectator. Using a 2nd deck, a number is very fairly generated, again by the spectator [let's say 25]. You won't believe this, but... the 25th card now dealt to in the 1st deck is the King of Spades! 1st edition 2013, 2 pages. | $7.50 to wish list
Lois or LiseJozsef Kovacs
This is a numerological revelation of a selected card. It's really off-beat and ... I think you'll love it, and definitely use it! You tell two spectators that one of them will select a card randomly from the deck, and the other will find out the name of the selected card using numerology. You ask one of them to turn his back while the other chooses a card. The first spectator now selects a card... | ★★★★★ $7.50 to wish list

Totally TwistedDavid DevlinIn the first version of this terrific packet trick, the four queens are removed from the deck, and are held face down. One at a time and in turn, each queen turns face up as in the "Twisting the Aces" routine. After all of the queens have had their turn face up, and are all face down once again, the magician asks the spectator to name any one of the queens. He explains that whichever queen is named, it will magically turn face up. Let's assume that the named queen is the Queen of Spades. The performer snaps his fingers and says, "Would you be amazed if the queen you named is now face up?" ... | ★★★★★ $7.50 to wish list
My Favorite Card TricksHarry LorayneFrom the Foreword: I sat down and described, in detail, fifteen of my favorite effects and routines with ordinary cards. Effects that you can do anywhere, any time, with any deck and under almost any conditions. Of the fifteen, only four begin with the standard "pick a card" opening. I've used the same format as I used in Close-Up Card Magic and Personal Secrets - that is, I've gone directly into the method and presentation in most cases. And - since I usually write an effect in one sitting, I most often come up with a thought or two after it is written. Therefore - the "Afterthoughts." Don't overlook... | ★★★★★ $7.50 to wish list
ShadowsightKevin ParkerLook into a deck without looking. While your back is turned, spectator deals cards off a deck that they shuffled while you wait for them to reach a card that you 'sense' might be near their card. Then they are to deal a few cards from that spot onto the table side by side and they are to hover their hand over each one - your back still turned - while you tell them to slam their hand on a certain one. It is their card. A few points to consider:

WanderlustProlay BhattacharyyaIf you love sleight of hand and if you want to do a creative routine in card magic, then this is the perfect four ace transposition routine for you. It requires you to be able to do the Elmsley Count and the Classic Palm. This routine has been inspired by esteemed magicians like Larry Jennings, Dani Da Ortiz and Bebel. What sets this routine apart from others is that it employs only sleight of hand and no gimmicks whatsoever. I have performed this routine in many shows. It is a visual treat for the audience for its kicker ending which includes card from box. You will be very happy to see... | $7.50 to wish list

MutanzBob Farmer & Roy WaltonA bizarre packet trick. Inexplicable, unexplainable, enigmatic, and just plain weird. A cascade of alchemikal conundrums. A phantasmagoric orgy of cabalistic conjuration. A bewildering bafflement of uncanny dimensionality. Strange and supernatural forces twist and possess ordinary cards until they become grotesque mutants - in the hands of the spectator! No angles. Everything examinable. Resets instantly. Satisfaction guaranteed or we'll apologize. Warning: This ad contains bombastic hyperbole and unconscionable embellishment. FlipperDavid DevlinHere is the effect: a spectator has a packet of 5 cards. For argument's sake, let's assume the five cards used are simply numbered 1-5 (the actual make up of the cards is up to your imagination). The spectator goes through a procedure in which cards are turned face up, face down, left as they are, the packet is cut, some-times the spectator decides whether the cards are turned over or not, sometimes the performer decides. But in the end, no matter who made the decisions, or which decisions were made, only the center card is face up and it is the 4. Not only that, but no matter what decisions... | $7.50 to wish list
Color Pips 2Zaw ShinnA magician shows a card with cut-out pips and puts it into a playing card box. The spectator selects a card. When the magician takes out the cut-out pips card from the case and shows it one more time, it suddenly changes to a card without cut-out pips, and when turned face-up it has changed into the spectator's card. Remembering the FutureStewart JamesAn award-winning, impromptu, self-working card miracle. EFFECT: A borrowed deck of cards may be used. A member of the audience predicts something that two other spectators will do before they know what they will do. Anyone in the audience calls "stop" at any time as you deal off the cards, one by one. This card is not shown but held by anyone, back to the audience, so there can be no switch. Two other persons each take a portion of the remainder of the deck, a free choice. These cards are counted. When the stopped at card is turned around, it is found that it had predicted the totals... | $7 to wish list |
